Sunday 21st saw the start of a boot camp fitness program, targeted at Vets to improve there fitness levels, but given the style and intensity (some say it wasnt intense, but for a struggler like me any exercise is intense) of the day I thought it appropriate to open it up to all who want to attend.
Every Sunday statring at 8.30am Ash Ingram – Son to Paul and Nicole – our over 40’s goalie (Paul not Nic) – is conducting this clinic. Ash has recently qualified from The Australian Fitness institute and by his enthuiasm is passionate about excercise and maintaining a healthy diet (though don’t tell Ash, I broke his rule of no alcohol after yesterday…. ok I was hurting… please dont punish me Ash). The cost of this 10 week program is only $50 which is a small price to pay for this, I would encourage every one to come down on Sunday to start a fitness program. Unfortunately Ash has to move to Sydney next year after being posted there by the armed forces, therefore the program is only short one, if this proves to be successful then we can move to ask another fitness person to continue doing this in the new year. This is a fantastic opportunity to improve your fitness levels. The club is not making any money from this it is a offer of good jesture from Ash, and from my understanding the more we have the more Ash can get resources to put back in, so please come on down and support this initiative even if its just for your personell benefits. Finally it is not only open to club members but friends and family as well, yesterday we had approx 10 people of which 3 were not club members, it would be great to have at least 20 next week I have attached Ash’s form and contact e-mail details are:firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Looking forward to seeing more of you there next week.” Manny Minissale RDHC President
