The Board has decided that we would like to Host and Run a Senior 1’s Men’s and Ladies Skins tournament over the weekend of 16th and 17th of March 2013, this will be a ideal pre season tournament for the club and players.
Softball have agreed to allow us to run this tournament and have agreed to have the bar opened on the Saturday 16th. On the Sunday we will operate tents to serve alcohol from.
“WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO ASSIT TO FORM A COMITTEE TO PLAN AND RUN THIS EVENT OTHERWISE IT WONT HAPPEN”
There will be so much to do so we need people to put there hands up by 5th Jan 2013 or as close to it as possible so the committee can get together on the12th Jan to start planning and implementing, so if you are interested please get back to any board member, Wendy Wales by the 5th Jan.
