To those who have put their names in for the training, thanks very much, and you will receive an email shortly with the costs involved. The previous 10wks was really good and I know I definitely got a lot out of it.
Anyway to those that are only just getting back from holidays and have not responded have a think about it and let me know if you would like to come along.
This is open to Vets and other club members and Family. We are looking at starting this on the 5th of Feb which is Tuesday night from 7-8pm down at lark hill. This way it doesn’t impede on our Hockey training. One of my Son’s friend, Candice, has put her hand up to run the program. She is a fully qualified Personal trainer with Cert 3&4 in Personal Training. We will run it for 10wks and if you guys are happy with it Candice might keep it going.
